Livingston is a survivor of wrongful conviction at the hands of corrupt CPD sgt. Brian Forberg. On August 7th, 2012, Forberg arrested Livingston, who had an alibi and did not match descriptions of the suspect in a neighborhood shooting. After Forberg coerced witnesses into falsely testifying against him, Livingston was charged with a 26-year sentence. He has been wrongfully incarcerated for the past 13 years, forced apart from his family and community even while suffering the loss of family members on the outside. FREE DOUGLAS LIVINGSTON!
